All our carpets and poufs are handcrafted by Indian artisans. Our cushions are hand stitched as well. 

Please note all handmade products have some characteristics specific to it. No two handmade pieces are absolutely identical which gives the product uniqueness and authenticity, adding to its beauty.

We aim to dispatch all orders within 2-3 days. It takes 5-7 business days for the orders to get delivered from the date of dispatch.

Yes, your orders can be amended or cancelled before it has been dispatched by us.

1. We accept payment via CC Avenue. We accept all MasterCard, VISA, American Express, and Maestro Debit/Credit Card. Cash on delivery option is also available on most of our products.

Unfortunately, we do not provide EMI options as yet.

At Decoghar, your security is important to us. We use the latest SSL encryption technology to safely transmit your personal and credit card information throughout systems. All orders are processed through a secured system.

Unfortunately, we can only deliver a single order to one shipping address. In case your order includes gifts/items that need to be shipped to multiple shipping addresses, you would need to place separate orders for the same.

1. Exchange, Returns or a refund should be filed and claimed within 7 days of Delivery.

A full refund on a return will only be processed in circumstances limited to delivery of wrong products or damaged articles. Full amount of the order will be reversed within 48 hours by us and the same transaction amount shall reflect in your bank account subject to your specific banking guidelines, regulations and transaction policies.

In cases of return or an exchange other than the delivery of wrong or damaged products, the refund shall be in the mode of wallet points equivalent to the cost of the product and shall not include delivery and shipment charges. Wallet points shall expire in a period of 365 days.

Regular delivery and overhead charges shall apply on purchases made using wallet points.

Once the product is received in our warehouse, we inspect the damages or condition of the product. If the return/exchange conditions are met, we aim to initiate the refund within 1-2 days. Please note, the time taken for the refund amount to reflect in your account depends on the time taken by your bank to process the same. Please note it varies for different banks.

Please note that despite making every effort to ensure that the display colour and texture of our products are accurate, we cannot guarantee that your monitor or screen’s display of any colour or texture will be accurate. Some products may also appear smaller or larger that their image displayed on the site. Unfortunately, for this reason, we are unable to provide a replacement.
