All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR), as displayed, and are inclusive of all taxes at the appropriate rate. GST will be applicable as per the prescribed rate, on such products as applicable as on date. Item(s) in your shopping cart will always reflect the actual price of the product. Payment can be accepted in Indian Rupees only.

If you make a payment using your credit card, we charge the card before your order has entered the shipping process. For any reasons, if we are not able to ship your products as per your order, we will intimate you via email and refund the value of the said items.

All orders are shipped door-to-door from our warehouse in National Capital Region, India to your provided shipping address via our official delivery partners. Orders may take up to 3 business days to be shipped and up to 6-8 business days to get delivered from the date of shipping.

Exchange, Returns, or a refund should be filed and claimed within 7 days of delivery.

A full refund on a return will only be processed in circumstances limited to delivery of wrong products or damaged articles. The full amount of the order will be reversed within 48 hours by us and the same transaction amount shall reflect in your bank account subject to your specific banking guidelines, regulations, and transaction policies.

In cases of return or exchange other than the delivery of the wrong or damaged products, the refund shall be in the mode of wallet points equivalent to the cost of the product and shall not include delivery and shipment charges. Wallet points shall expire in a period of 365 days.

Regular delivery and overhead charges shall apply on purchases made using wallet points.
