DELIVERIES
All Delhi NCRWe ship all our packages through major logistics companies. Since our products are fragile, we create bespoke packages for our orders. Delivery charges include packaging charges, and only part of the charges are borne by the customer; part of us is borne by us, DECOGHAR. Shipping is charged based on the invoice value as follows:

Rs. 0.00 – Rs. 999 – Rs. 100

Above Rs. 1000 – Free orders are dispatched within 2 days of order confirmation by our in-house team.

We offer free shipping in India on every item purchased through our website.

When will my order arrive?

We aim to dispatch all orders within 48 business hours. The estimated delivery time may vary from product to product and can be delivered the next day or a maximum of 10 business days from the time of placing the order. The estimated delivery can be checked on the product detail page.

Due to the high volume of orders during the sale, there might be a delay of 5-7 days in delivery.

How do I check the estimated delivery date for any product?

How will I know whether my order is confirmed?

How can I cancel my order?

You can cancel your order by calling us at +91 8527077625 or emailing us at decogharsupport@gmail.com. Order cancellations will only be accepted before the shipment has been dispatched.

Once the order is cancelled, a refund will be initiated, and it should reflect in your account within 48 business hours through the original mode of payment.
